BMW has officially revealed the 2025 BMW Speedtop Concept, a three-door, limited-production shooting brake developed by the brand’s coachbuilt division, BMW Designworks. Intended as a collector’s edition vehicle with a strict production cap of 70 units, the Speedtop Concept is a bold return to handcrafted exclusivity rooted in the Bavarian automaker’s historical design language.
With an estimated price tag of $500,000 USD, the BMW Speedtop is not a volume model. Instead, it's a targeted move toward a niche audience of global enthusiasts who demand heritage styling, modern performance, and unparalleled rarity.
Exterior Design: Long Hood, Low Roof, Wide Stance
The 2025 BMW Speedtop Concept stretches approximately 5 meters in length (197 inches), 2 meters in width (79 inches), and sits low at 1.36 meters in height (53.5 inches). The vehicle’s proportions are heavily inspired by iconic BMW coupes such as the BMW 503 and BMW Z3 Coupe, but with the functional cargo area of a shooting brake.
