A Versatile Talent

Maya Norman was born in London to a British father and a Swedish mother. She began modeling at the age of 14 after being discovered by a scout at a music festival. She quickly rose to fame, landing campaigns for Burberry, Prada, Calvin Klein, and Gucci. She also walked the runways for Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, and Givenchy.

But more than modeling was needed for Maya Norman. She wanted to pursue her passion for acting as well. She enrolled in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, where she studied for three years. She made her film debut in 2011, playing Lisbeth Salander in the English-language adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Her performance earned her critical acclaim and several awards nominations.

Since then, Maya Norman has appeared in a range of films, from period dramas to action thrillers. She has worked with directors such as Tom Hooper, James Gray, David Fincher, and Guy Ritchie. She has also ventured into television, starring in the Netflix series The Crown as Princess Margaret.
